PCU Enrollment and
Life Experience Applications
There are two types of PCU applications. The first is for
regular or normal enrollment. The second is for obtaining credit
for previous ministry experience.
PCU Enrollment Application
This normal PCU application is available in several formats. Click on a format below to download a Enrollment application. It should automatically open with a program installed in your computer. If the file is not associated with a program you may save the file on your computer and then open your application, then open the file you just saved within your application.
HTML Format - this is a browser format. This is the easiest
format, just click on the link below and then print out the page
that comes up.
