The PCU handbook can be downloaded all at once or it can be downloaded in parts.

Downloading Handbook All at Once

If you want to download the entire handbook, all at once, you will need to unzip (uncompress) the downloaded file. If you don't know how to unzip or you don't have software to support unzipping, you should download the handbook in the next section.
